Switching styles
This site can also be viewed in a simpler, easier to read style that may be more suitable for users with a visual impairment. It is a text-only version using black text on a white background.

Access keys
Keyboard access is important for users who do not have the ability to use a pointing device, such as a mouse.
The top level menu of the web site has been constructed to allow users to bind keyboard strokes to actions using specific access keys. The second level of the menu can be navigated using the Tab key. Most common internet browsers such as Internet Explorer also allow you to use the Tab key (or sometimes Alt + Tab) to move through the interactive elements of a page (links and menu items). You can use this to navigate through menu items other than the top level menu.
The access keys for this web site are based on the UK Government accesskeys standard.

- Release the keys and press the 'Return' key and the browser will go to the page selected.
Please note: If you are using an early version of Netscape or Opera, access keys will not work.
Changing text size
You can change the text size of the site by clicking on the buttons marked A+ and A- at the top right of the page.
The size of the text can also be changed using your browser's built in controls. For example, in Internet Explorer, select View, then Text size, then select the size you need.
Repeat this till the text is the size you require.
Standards compliance
This web site has been designed in accordance with W3C web content accessibility guidelines as detailed below.
Pages on this site use structured semantic mark up, for example H1 tags are used for main titles, H2 tags for subtitles, list tags for menus, etc.
All content images used in this site include descriptive alt tags.
This site primarily uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. The use of tables for layout has been kept to a minimum. This site uses relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page should still be readable.
